A Little Magic!

Hallo alle zusammen! Heute kann ich Euch wieder ein Kärtchen zeigen auf dem ich einen meiner neuen Lieblingsstempel von Visible Image verwendet habe. Das Einhorn ist so klasse! Der Hintergrund meiner Karte ist mit Brushos gestaltet. Die Sterne sind mit Gesso zusammen mit weißem Embossing Pulver von WOW! entstanden. Für noch mehr Glitzer sorgt der "Under the Sea" Embossing Glitter von WOW!. Diesen hab ich außerdem auch für den Text verwendet.
Hi everyone. I'd like to share a card today with one of my favourite new stamps from Visible Image. I love the unicorn! It's amazing. The galaxy background is created with Brushos on watercolor paper. I used Gesso together with "white" WOW! Embossing Powder  to create the stars. I used WOW! Embossing Glitter "Under the Sea" to add some sparkle. I also used it for the sentiment.

Um das Einhorn zu gestalten habe ich den Text einige Male untereinander mit weißem Embossingpulver auf weißem Cardstock gestempelt. Darüber stempelte ich dann das Einhorn mit Distress Ink "Evergreen Bough". Das Ganze musste ich dann nur noch ausschneiden. Da es mir auf dem dunklen Hintergrund zu Hell war koloriert ich es mit Hilfe des Ink Blending Tools und Distress Ink "Chipped Sapphire" noch nach. Könnt Ihr die Einhorn-Silhouette im Hintergrund erkennen? Diese entsteht wenn Ihr einfach nur Wasser auf den Stempel gebt und auf den Hintergrund stempelt. Die Brushos reagieren mit dem Wasser und der Abdruck erscheint heller.
To create the unicorn I stamped the sentiment, from the set, a few times among each other with white embossing powder to create a resist. I stamped the unicorn with Distress Ink "Evergreen Bough" and cut it out. Because it was much to light for my dark background I used Distress Ink "Chipped Sapphire" and the ink blending tool to color it.
Can you see the unicorn silhouette behind the main image? If you ink the stamp only with water you can stamp into the Brusho background. As these colors are water reactive the stamped image becomes lighter. You can tab the water off with a kitchen roll after a minute or so.
