Heute darf ich wieder etwas auf dem Noor! Design Deutschland Blog zeigen. Für meine Herbstdeko hab ich die tollen MDF Pilze gepimpt.
Today I can share with you my autumn decoration. I pimped the Noor! Design MDF Mushrooms!
I started by covering the MDF pieces with patterned paper. After that I paint over everything with some gesso. I colored with my gelatos. The white dots are created with my white Uni POSCA Marker.
On the backside I wiped away some of the Gelatos color with a baby wipe using the Dutch Doobadoo Mask Art Stencil "Leaves Branch". I cut the word "leaves" with my Silhouette Cameo.
Under my leaves you may see some Fran-tage embossing powder "shabby green". I added it with the new molding paste from Dutch Doobadoo and the new Mask Art Stencil "Geometric Tiles". I heat set it when the molding paste was dry so that the paste won't get bubbles.
Ich möchte Euch gern noch zeigen wie ich die Herbstblätter gemacht hab:
I'd like to share how I created my autumn leaves:
I started by inking a piece of structured white cardstock with Distress Inks. You can see, that I used the round ink blending tool.
My next step was spraying some water onto my inked paper through the Dutch Doobadoo Mask Art Stencil "Leaves Branche" and the "Geometric Tiles". As Distress Inks are reactive with water you'll get this nice texture.
After everything was dry I embossed the new autumn leave stamps by Noor! Design with Distress embossing powder.
In the end I fuzzy cut every single leaf and edged it with Distress Ink Walnut Stain.
