Hi everyone!
I recently saw a great video by Birgit Koopsen on the Gelli Arts YouTube channel, printing with PanPastels. I tried it and I am so happy I found a new way to used my PanPastels.
Enjoy my video:

DIY: Traveler's Journal with SnapPap (KraftTex)
Hi there!
Recently I started scrapbooking in a Traveler's Notebook Instead of doing 12" by 12" layouts.
It's a lot faster and the endproduct is not so big.
I needed a new Traveler's journal for that so I decided to make one with SnapPap. I coloured the cover with PanPastels.
Here is a video on how I did the colouring:

Today I can share some Artist Trading Cards with them.
In addition to my printables I used stamps from Rubber Dance.

Butterfly Tag with STAMPlorations
Hi there!
Welcome to another stencil sunday which is on the STAMPlorations blog today.
I'm sharing a mixed media butterfly tag.
I started on a Brusho background and added some stenciling with PanPastel on top. In the next step I added gesso on the left and acrylic paint on top. I used different stamps to add some texture and black splatters for some interest. The butterflies are stamped separately and cut out.
Thanks for stopping by today! xx Susanne.

Mixed Media Tag with STAMPlorations
Hi everyone!
It's time for a new mixed media challenge over at the STAMPlorations blog. I am sharing a mixed media tag today. My focal point is the gorgeous "smile" die cut from CUTplorations.
I started with a Brusho background and added some stenciling with PanPastels. After this was secured with a fixative I added a layer of clear gesso. I used a palette knife and white gesso to blend everything. I used flourescent acrylic paints for more colour.
I used STAMPlorations Mixed Media Grunge stamps for more interest. I added some more stamping after I added my die cut negative. Finally I used the Gelatos to add some greens and blues.
Thank you for stopping by today.
xx Susanne.

Butterfly Tag Tutorial with STAMPlorations
Hi my dear mixed media friends.
I'd like to share a butterfly tag today. I LOVE creating tags because they are so versatile to use later. I prefer using them in my planner, on gifts or in my art journal.
Here are the step by step instructions:
1. I create a background using VersaMark ink through the "Daisy Dance" stencil and adding PanPastels. The color pigments with stick to the ink and you'll end up will this lovely pattern.
2. To seal the PanPastels I use my gelli plate together with some Gel Medium. Add a thin layer of Gel to the Plate and press the tag down.
3. Add some patterned paper scraps with Gel Medium.
4. Stamp the butterfly from the "Blossom like a Butterfly" set with waterproof black ink.
5. Add some shading with a watercolor crayon. I love to use Neocolor II crayons.
6. I use the "Lattice Y" stencil to add some texture with modeling paste.
7. Add some yellow with Distress Ink "Mustard Seed". I press the ink pad onto my craft mat and use water plus a brush to add it to my tag.
8. I used some tissue paper and stamp the "Believe" with waterproof black ink.
I cut it out and add it with Gel Medium.
9. I use the chocolate Gelato to add some more shading and WOW! Metallic Gold Powder on the edges.
10. Finally I adhere a butterfly (it's colored with Distress Inks) on top.
Thank you for stopping by today,
Susanne.
