I have a new page to share that I've made in the Dina Wakley Media Journal. I created some background textured with Crackle Paste and a stencil and added watercolors and a bit of stamping.
My main image is one of my Doodle Flowers. All stamps are listed below.

Intuitive Art Journal Page with Watercolors and Salt

Hi there!

This is the first page in my 6 x 6 watercolor journal. My old one was full and I'm starting a new one for this year. In this art journal tutorial I play intuitively with watercolors. I use salt to create some special texture on the background. All stamps are from Rubber Dance and listed at the end of this post.

I had another play with the van Gogh granulating watercolors in the Dina Wakley Media Journal. In this tutorial I am showing you how easy it is to create a beautiful spread with just a few colours and stamps. My main image is the Rubber Dance dragonfly stamp. I also used some of our other stamps on the background. They are all listed at the end of this post.

Mixed Media Art Journal Page - Video Tutorial

Mixed media collage in the Dina Wakley Media Art Journal. I used watercolors, but you can use for example also Acrylic Inks, Spray Inks or thinned down Gouache paints for this technique. To make the page working better with watercolors I have primed it with Aqua Ground. All stamps are from Rubber Dance and listed at the end of the post.
