Art Journal Page with Visible Image Stamps
Hi my dear Visible Image Friends.
I'm sharing an art journal spread today. I used the "Visometry" stamp set to add texture to my background. I love the clear geometric shape as a contrast to the wild and mixed-up base.
My main image is the butterfly from the "Live Life Now" set. I embossed it with WOW! Turkish Nights glitter.
I used the "Life is for Living" sentiment as my journaling.
Thank you for stopping by today!
xx Susanne.

Mad Hatter - Mixed Media Tag
Hi everyone!
I'm sharing a mixed media Alice in Wonderland tag today with the cool character stamp of the Mad Hatter by Visible Image Stamps.
I used a Brusho background to start with. Images from the "Ink Splats" stamp set and the sentiment, that comes with the "Mad Hatter" set, add more interest. I used a palette knife and some embossing paste to get more texture.
The main image is stamped separately on white cardstock and coloured with Distress Inks. I cut it out and adhered it to the tag. I did the same with the "HA HA". (I always stamp the main image on my background, too. So nobody can see the cutting edges later)
Finally I sewed a border around my tag.
Thanks for stopping by today!
xx Susanne.

Colored Tag with DCWV
Hi everyone!
I'm sharing a colored tag today. The beautiful paper comes with the DCWV Color & Create "Birds & Butterflies" Stack. It is full with awesome patterns to color. As this is not a book you can easily take every single sheet out to use it in your craft projects.
I used watercolor pencils this time. The sentiment stamps are from the "Beautiful Words" Rubber Dance. (By the way, you'll get free shipping in the Rubber Dance online store with the code: SR-FreeShip)

Mixed Media Card with Visible Image
Hi everyone.
My Saturday inspiration with Visible Image stamps is a gelli printed card. I used the stamp set "Tomorrow Doesn't Exist". The main image is printed onto the gelliplate to create a negative shape on the background. I used the sentiment stamp "Life is for Living" together with red pigment ink to add more texture. I printed it all over the gelli print. The focal image is embossed with WOW! Black Glint Powder. I cut the main sentiment in pieces and arranged them on top.
Thanks for stopping by today,
xx Susanne.

Mixed Media Tag Tutorial
Hi my dear crafty friends!
I'm sharing a mixed media tag tutorial today using stencils and stamps from STAMPlorations.
Step 1: I started with a white tag and colored it with an ombre effect with Distress Inks. I used: spiced marmalade, mustard seed and barn door. I added some texture paste with the ARTplorations "Botanical Lush" stencil in the next step. As the Distress Inks are reaktive with water they gave the texture paste a light color.
Step 2: I added some more texture with the "Dots and Dashes" stencil and the Marabu Art Sprays (chilli).
Step 3: I added some Prima Micro Beads to the tag. I used the colors "Pollen" and "Blush". I used Gel Medium to adhere the beads to the surface of my tag.
Step 4: I used some gesso to lighten up the colors a little bit. When the gesso was dry, I added some black licorice Gelatos color.
Step 5: I finished the tag by adding some embellishments. I used a clear epoxy sticker together with a free printable circle. I used dies from Sizzix and CAS-ual Fridays. The text comes with the Subway Art Builder Sets Dare & Create from STAMPlorations.
I wish you a nice and crafty day, see you next time!
Susanne.

Art Journal Page with Visible Image Stamps
Hi everyone.
I am sharing an Art Journal page today with some of the gorgeous stamps from Visible Image. This page is obviously inspired by "The Silence of the Lambs".
I used the "Glimmer of Light" stamp set together with the "Where Dreams Take You" eye.
I used my 3" x 5" Gelli Plate to stamp the eye mirrored. At first I stamped it onto the Gellit Plate. After that, I printed it immediately onto my page.
Thanks for stopping by today! Have a nice and crafty weekend! Susanne.
