Art Journal Page with Distress Ink Background

Hi everyone!

I used Distress Inks to create the page in this art journal. It's a watercolor journal from Kunst & Papier, it's one of my favourites to use with Ink and watercolors. I didn't use any gesso to prime my page. My focal point are the Rubber Dance Crazy Flowers. I coloured them in in complementary colours to let them pop from the background. Art Journal Page with Texture Paste and Brushos

Hi everyone!

I haven't used Brushos for a while, so I decided to pull them out again and use them in my art journal. I enjoy creating pages with autumn colours, as these are some of my favourite combinations. I used Crackle Paste together with a stenicl for a well textured background. Even more texture was added with the Rubber Dance Carved Whimsy Wood stamp set. I used the Carved Owl as my focal point.
